Zettabyte Cloud Platform – Site Terms

1. Services

Zettabyte Cloud Platform offers GPU compute instances by the hour, available as:

· On-Demand: Pay by the hour, usage-based billing.

· Reserved Instances: Prepaid with discounted rates.

Additional service-specific terms may apply (e.g., GPU type, cluster size, usage limits), which will be presented during the ordering process.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to misuse the Site or services, including unauthorized access, resale, or attempts to disrupt operations.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made through credit card or other approved electronic payment methods.

· Usage charges for On-Demand instances are calculated by the hour (or fraction thereof).

· Reserved instances are billed fully prepaid.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or services for:

· Illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes;

· Mining or scraping without authorization;

· Infringing on intellectual property rights;

· Activities that disrupt or damage our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided on the Site are owned by or licensed to Zettabyte and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zettabyte disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Zettabyte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.

7. Governing Law

These Site Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes

We may update these Site Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
